Cancellation Policy

At JetSet Catering, we understand that plans can change unexpectedly, and we strive to accommodate our clients whenever possible. However, due to the nature of inflight catering and the involvement of our various partners, the following cancellation policy applies to all orders:

 

1. Standard Orders

  • Standard orders that are canceled 24 hours or less prior to the scheduled delivery time are non-refundable.

 

2. Specialty and Concierge Orders

  • Orders containing specialty or concierge items (such as, but not limited to, alcohol, floral arrangements, or specially sourced items) are non-refundable if canceled 48 hours or less prior to delivery.

 

3. Market-Specific Terms

  • In certain markets, our partners may enforce more stringent cancellation policies. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of any specific terms that apply to your order. However, these terms remain enforceable even if not explicitly communicated in advance. You are welcome to request the cancellation policy for your order at any point during the ordering process.

 

4. Exceptions

  • These terms are designed to provide a general guideline of our cancellation policy. In certain situations, we may make exceptions to this policy at our sole discretion. Any such exceptions will be made in accordance with our partner's  cancellation policy.
